TERMS OF SALE

For specific information regarding shipping, returns, or damaged goods please visit the Shipping and Returns page listed in the Information box on the right side of our homepage.

Ordering

To place an order you may call, fax, or use the online checkout. You will need to have ready the part number, size, color, and any other relevant details pertaining to products requested. You will also need the name and billing address for the credit card you are using. This is important in facilitating the processing of your order in a speedy and efficient manner.

$25 MINIMUM ORDER IS REQUIRED. Because we use multiple sources to fill your order, some of which have minimum order amounts, it is necessary to do this. If you need further information regarding a small order (<$25) please use the contact us page. We may be able to meet your needs, it all depends on what you need. It is our hope that you will use us as your stocking source, so this should not be an issue in most cases.

Should you require an item be drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer additional costs may be incurred. Drop-ship fees usually range from $15-$25. We will need to check with the manufacturer to make sure the item is readily available so please call or email for detailed information.

For special order items please call or email for pricing, lead time, and availability. Special order items are non refundable and not returnable.

Payment

We accept VISA, MC, checks, money orders, and wire transfers. For credit card orders please have available the name and billing address for the card. Wire transfers are subject to a $20.00 service fee.

Your credit card is charged when we place your order with our distributors or manufacturers. In most cases this is within 24 hours of your placing the order. If an item on your order is backordered we will still charge the card as we do not know when it will be shipped. If this is an issue please contact us to work out other potential options. For all stocked items your card will be charged at the time of shipping.

Product Pricing and Descriptions

Boatforce.us makes every effort to insure that product pricing, product descriptions, and graphics are accurate. However, mistakes happen and pricing increases occur regularly from manufacturers and distributors. We reserve the right to correct any or all of this at any time. The sale is not considered final until your card is charged and the order shipped. Until such time that your order ships we reserve the right to contact you with changes to your order. You in turn reserve the right to cancel the order at such time.
Our site is small and focused on your specific needs so this should not be an issue. If you notice a discrepancy please do not hesitate to contact us. We will make sure it is corrected immediately.

Warranty

All products sold by Boatforce.us are new and covered by a full manufacturer warranty. In many cases we can replace a faulty item within 30 days of purchase. After this period you must contact the manufacturer for repair and/or replacement details. We can provide you with all necessary manufacturer contact information.

International Orders

International orders will be reviewed on an individual basis. Shipping costs and methods will need to be researched and quoted. Your order will not be processed until such details are reviewed and we have final approval from you. Should shipping be higher than quoted you will be responsible for actual shipping charges.
We prefer to ship to a freight forwarding company, FPO, or APO. If your order is shipped internationally by us you are responsible for all customs, duties, and import fees.
Please note that in some cases products shipped internationally may be excluded from the manufacturers warranty. For more information please contact us.
